Design of Metamaterial-Inspired High-Temperature Microwave Sensor on Alumina Ceramics

چکیده

The issues of high costs and sophisticated circuit structures limit applicability traditional chipped sensors. This paper innovatively designs a chipless sensor based on the split-ring resonator combined with temperature-sensitive material as substrate. alumina ceramics are used sensitive for reflecting environment temperature in accordance its characteristic that dielectric constant increases monotonically rising temperature. simulation demonstrates resonant frequency decreases from 8.58 GHz to 8.22 an offset 0.36 sensitivity 0.9 MHz/°C variation 500 °C 900 °C. designed this has good resonance characteristics, is wireless, passive, low cost, planar structure, suitable various harsh environments.
